In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "aviator 365" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services operated under the brand aviator 365, accessible at aviator365.app.
• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player on the Platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses aviator 365 services.
• "Balance" refers to the PKR funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds and any settled winnings.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or other game of chance or skill offered through aviator 365.
• "Services" encompasses all betting markets, casino games, jackpot slots, live dealer tables, payment functions, and any related features available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory where the use of the Platform is restricted or illegal under applicable law.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which Account Balances are held and transactions are processed on the Platform.

By registering an Account on aviator 365, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino activities are not prohibited or otherwise unlawful as applied to you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity and are using the Platform solely in your personal capacity.
• You are not a professionally excluded person, a self-excluded person, or a person otherwise barred from using the Platform under these Terms or any applicable regulation.
• All information you provide during registration and thereafter is accurate, current, and complete.

aviator 365 implements age-verification checks during account registration and may request documentary evidence of identity and age — including a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification — at any stage of the customer relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension and withholding of any Balance pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on aviator 365. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via different devices or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all Balances, and prohibition from future registration.

During registration, you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, create a secure password, and confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2. You agree to keep all registration details accurate and up to date. If your contact information changes — including your registered mobile number used for Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Raast transactions — you must update your Account details promptly.

aviator 365 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password, one-time passcodes (OTPs), and any biometric authentication linked to your Account. You must not share your credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.

aviator 365 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and implements two-factor authentication (2FA) on new device logins. However, these technical measures do not reduce your personal responsibility for securing your own access credentials.

• You must log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• You must notify aviator 365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting [email protected].
• aviator 365 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Suspected compromise of an Account will trigger an immediate security lock pending investigation.

All transactions on aviator 365 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, and major Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank, as well as Visa and Mastercard. No currency conversion fees are applied; your Balance is always held and displayed in PKR.

Key conditions governing deposits and withdrawals include:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are disclosed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where practicable, in compliance with anti-money-laundering protocols.
• aviator 365 may request identity verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for Balances exceeding amounts determined by internal risk thresholds.
• Processing times are dependent on the payment provider; Raast and mobile wallet withdrawals are generally processed within minutes, while bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Deposited funds that have not been subjected to a minimum of one genuine wagering action may be restricted from withdrawal at the Platform's discretion.
• aviator 365 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

aviator 365 offers betting markets across Premier League football, UFC mixed martial arts, HBL Pakistan Super League cricket, Cockfighting, and other sports and events as listed on the Platform from time to time.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the Platform:

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding deduction appears in your Account Balance. Pending or unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed, except in the specific circumstances described in the event-specific rules displayed alongside each market.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to platform availability and may be suspended or rejected at any time due to changes in match conditions, feed delays, or risk management decisions.
• aviator 365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a palpable error in odds has occurred. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your Account Balance in PKR.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement.
• aviator 365 may impose individual betting limits on Accounts at any time as part of standard risk management practices.
• The settlement of bets will follow the official result as determined by the relevant governing body for each sport or event. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, aviator 365's decision — made in good faith based on available official information — is final.

The aviator 365 Casino section offers live dealer games, video slots, jackpot slots, crash games (including the Aviator title), virtual games, and other casino formats. Each game operates under a specific set of rules displayed within the game interface.

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions.
• Jackpot amounts, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and game volatility information are provided within individual game descriptions where required.
• aviator 365 is not responsible for any technical failures — including internet disconnections or device failures — that occur during an active game round. In such cases, the round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded on the Platform server.
• Crash games, including Aviator, involve a real-time multiplier that can crash at any point. The Platform does not guarantee or imply any specific outcome, pattern, or probability distribution beyond the mathematically defined game parameters.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are subject to verification before payment. aviator 365 reserves the right to carry out reasonable checks to validate winning outcomes before releasing jackpot amounts in PKR.

aviator 365 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotional offer.

• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash prior to satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• aviator 365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

aviator 365 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming among all users. The Platform provides a suite of tools enabling Players to manage their gambling activity in a healthy and controlled manner. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits configurable within Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable alerts and hard limits on active session duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying time played and net PKR position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform, effective immediately upon request.
• Account Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term breaks from betting and gaming activity.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any later point.
• Attempting to open or operating multiple Accounts on the Platform.
• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly permitted.
• Collusion with other Players, manipulation of game outcomes, or any form of cheating or match-fixing.
• Using the Platform to launder money or otherwise process funds of criminal origin through betting or casino activity.

• Accessing or attempting to access other Players' Accounts without authorisation.
• Providing the Platform's services to any person you know to be under the age of 18.

• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

All content on the aviator 365 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, and design elements — is the intellectual property of aviator 365 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of aviator 365.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aviator 365 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

aviator 365 does not warrant or represent that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Betting and gaming results will be as anticipated or expected by any Player.
• Information displayed on the Platform — including odds, scores, event information, and game data — is always accurate, complete, or current.

Where liability cannot be wholly excluded under applicable consumer protection or gaming regulation, aviator 365's total liability in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the PKR equivalent of the Player's Account Balance at the time of the relevant incident.

aviator 365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting the support team at [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted in the English language. Players are encouraged to raise any concerns or disputes directly with the aviator 365 customer support team as a first step toward resolution.

aviator 365 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the standard customer support process, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any other form of dispute resolution.
